COMMUNITY EGG HUNT

- Schuylkill Valley EMS and Union Fire Company #1 of Leesport will co-sponsor the annual Easter egg hunt on Saturday April 3, 2010 beginning promptly at 1:00 p.m. As in the past, there will be 3 age groups, and the egg hunt will begin by groups. VEHICLE SPOTTED IN THE SCHUYLKILL RIVER

- At 0720hrs on Sunday March 14, 2010 Schuylkill Valley EMS was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident unknown injuries. As medic 6704 and ambulance 6703 responded to the scene the Berks County Communication Center advised one vehicle in the river at the bridge unknown if occupied called in by a bystander.
